Exotic species are not permitted. Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited, including: Rottweiler Chow Chow Doberman Pinscher Akita Pit Bull Staffordshire Terrier Bullmastiff Team members must also ensure all pets meet the community-specific criteria, established by the IMC office, for weight and number of pets per apartment. No more than two pets per apartment will be permitted. At the time of lease signing, all residents must be properly informed of the rules and regulations regarding animals living on-site. This is to ensure the resident is properly informed of all pet fees, rules, and regulations in case they ever decide to become a pet owner while living at the community. This information must be discussed again if discovery or disclosure of a pet occurs during their tenancy.
